Grad Student Garners Recognition in Anthropology Journal

Justin Regan, an anthropology graduate student, is slated to have a book review published in the next edition of the Journal of Latin American and Caribbean Anthropology.

Regan, as part of a graduate anthropology theory class, reviewed Dr. Christian Zlolniski’s Janitors, Street Vendors, and Activists: The Lives of Mexican Immigrants in Silicon Valley (2006). The book is one of four ethnographic readings assigned for the course.

The Journal of Latin American and Caribbean Anthropology is a top-tier peer-reviewed journal of the American Anthropological Association.
