Art & Art History Hosts Open House Jan. 31

The Department of Art & Art History will host an open house Friday, Jan. 31, in two locations on the UT Arlington campus.

The event, which runs from 1-5 p.m. with activities in the Studio Art Center and Fine Arts Building, is held in conjunction with the department’s National Association of Schools of Art and Design (NASAD) student creative work review and the opening of the Faculty Biennial XIV show at The Gallery at UTA.

Artwork completed during the previous two semesters by students will be on display throughout the buildings. The events are free and open to the public.

The open house will conclude with a reception at The Gallery at UTA and a performance by a jazz trio from the Department of Music.
